ForestView Kids exists to make Jesus known to every child everywhere. We believe every child is uniquely created to understand there is a God. God made them and has a beautiful plan and purpose for their life. We believe this plan and purpose are found through God's son, Jesus, and carried out by the presence of the Holy Spirit once a person has placed their faith and hope in God's message of salvation through Jesus Christ. Our mission is furthered each week as we partner with parents to help them introduce their children to the divine attributes of God, the divinity of Jesus, and the work of the Holy Spirit through Biblical stories and activities.
We believe parents are the primary spiritual teachers of their children, and we provide credence to the conversations and models children should naturally encounter at home. Children at Forest View Church are encouraged to see the modeling of their parents in worship to God each week during our time of corporate worship. After our corporate worship as a family, children under 13 are invited to join our children's ministry team for age-level-appropriate teaching, reflecting upon the passage our lead pastor taught each week.
Though the various components of our lessons are designed to address the different learning styles and ages of our children, our intent is for each family to be able to continue the biblical conversation that was started at church. We hope that families will ask and receive biblical questions from the various aged family members throughout the week, while parents will receive empowerment through our Family Moment Link provided each Sunday.
Our Sunday Morning Children's Program is modeled after the structure of our natural families. Children of all ages are present together, assist one another, and learn together. Older children naturally become the model for the younger children.

The safety of the children in our care is of the utmost concern for us at Forest View, especially while our congregation is occupying a public space for worship. Because we take the safety of every child and every volunteer seriously, we have set forth children's ministry policies and procedures at the onset of our church plant. The policies and procedures include a safety plan for all staff and volunteers.
